Who

I am Josh Bickford. I purchased my first home, a duplex in Des Moines, Iowa back when I was 21. This is how I got started in real estate.

Now I have been an investor, a fix and flipper, a landlord, a mortgage banker, a mortgage broker, an acquisition specialist, and Director of Acquisition to one of the big corporate real estate companies.

I had a front row seat for the great recession, and was sitting in the epicenter of the 2022 bubble pop in late Spring from the Front Range in Colorado.

I have been in dozens, and dozens of closings, have been a part of purchasing hundreds and hundreds of homes in multiple markets around America, and forecasting returns that landed within 0.04% of actual realized returns.

Why

We live in a world of unbelievable abundance. There is opportunity everywhere, and I am going to spend my life helping people realize the hopes and dreams they have.

Nobody gets into the real estate industry to climb into a hamster wheel and work themselves to death.

We get into this business because we see opportunity to Build amazing things, Grow in ways we cannot imagine, Serve as many people as possible, and ultimately to Thrive.

And by 2025 I will have helped 10,000 people do just that, all while going through the toughest real estate market of our lives.
